WHERE ARE YOU!?
ARE YOU IN CHICAGO OR THEREABOUTS!?
COME TO C2E2 THIS WEEKEND April 16-18 OMGWTFEXPLODE!

C2E2

More info in THIS BLOG POST.

Super special thanks to Talthos and Silkspinner for turning in this superbly geeky guest comic while I am away in Chicago. They make a webcomic called “Complex Actions” about role playing games. Perhaps they can fill the RPG comic void in your hearts that HijiNKS ENSUE will never be able to… since I don’t know anything about RPG’s.  They were my booth neighbors at Comicpalooza in Houston last month and I dare you to find nicer Texans to share any amount of square footage with. I DARE YOU! [if you accepted the dare you failed]

They also have a podcast called Dimensional Radio that you should check out. Listen long enough and you may hear me doing to a call sign bumper for them. In fact listen to all of the episodes assuming my dulcet tones are just around the next bend.

  1. I've given up on Caprica. The parts about the virtual world I loved, the rest of it
(most of the show) is like watching paint dry.

Josh is terrifying in the second panel, like what a Cabbage Patch Kid would look like all grown up.

  2. So my guess about Caprica after the first 2 eps was pretty much on the money….hmmmm. BSG turned out to be awesome (parental issues notwithstanding) the characterisations were excellent and despite the goddiness of it, I really loved the storylines. I even loved the ending – so neat! Except the disappearance of Starbuck which…well.

But to go through a whole story that only happens because a teenage girl got her consciousness downloaded into a robot, but couldn't let go of being a whiny teenage girl? I dunno….

@Scruff/Muinamir – Brilliant! I'm now imagining Josh chasing young bullies down the street with his eyebrows wafting in the wind.

    • hehe in reality @geekygirluk, Josh is chasing more ursine people down the street :-). Tho I did love the thought of his eyebrows wafting in the wind as he does it!
