T-Shirt FAQ
What kind of shirts do you print on?
Men’s shirts are Gildan 2000 and ladies’ shirts are Bella 6000. Here are the sizing charts for each:
The Gildan 2000 is a high quality 100% cotton shirt. Great color and very durable.
The Bella 6000 is a “baby doll” style shirt. They are form fitting, and very soft 100% cotton.

What printing method do you use?
I use a brand new printing method called DTG or Direct to Garment printing. This is not the cheap-0 printing method that CafePress uses. It is a high quality printing process with many advantages over traditional shirt printing.
- Unlike traditional silk screen printing, DTG is not limited to just four colors (CMYK) — a DTG printer can produce over 16 million colors.
- DTG can print graphics with up to 2880 dpi. Traditional silk screen printing is limited to approximately 72 dpi.
- Garments printed using DTG technology have excellent washability because the ink actually penetrates into the fabric. Unlike silk screen and heat transfers, the printed image will not crack or peel off after a few washes.
Shipping FAQ
When will my order ship?
New orders typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive. I am working diligently to speed up this process but this is still a one man operation.
FYI: With traditional silk screen printing the designer has to order large quantities in bulk in order to make any profit on the shirts. With DTG printing I can order 1 or 1000 and it’s the same price. This means I don’t have to do extended preorders or wait months before shipping your order.
If you have special conditions and need to expedite shipping (for a birthday or something) email store (at) hijinksensue (dot) com and we can work something out. Expect there to be some additional shipping fee.
What shipping method do you use?
I will generally use USPS First Class Mail, which usually takes 2-5 days to arrive depending on where you are in the country.
With international orders I will ship through the USPS International First Class or another shipping carrier depending on the destination country. To be honest, I have never heard good things about international shipping, no matter who you use. Because of customs both leaving the US and entering your country it generally takes a VERY LONG time to arrive, so I can’t promise anything. If you are frequently making international orders you are probably used to this.

If you’ve read about “The Experiment” you know that I am dedicating all of my time and effort into making a living with HijiNKS Ensue. It is very important to me that your HE Store experience be a positive one. This is also a brand new venture and I am only one man, so there are bound to be some hiccups.
