TRUE STORY!
Sort of. Part if it is true. The eyeless monster from Pan’s Labyrinth (Doug Jones/Twitter) did give Ben Paddon (from Jump Leads) a haircut [photographic evidence]. I do not claim to know the circumstances by which such a peculiar salon experience came about. I only know that it is right and factual and mostly terrifying.
Thanks galore to Ben and JjAR from the British sci-fi comedy webcomic (britscicomcom) Jump Leads for providing your Thursday entertainment while I am otherwise engaged at Dos C y Dos E in Chicago this weekend.

Wow. Best guest strip yet. So how much does Mr. Jones charge for salon services?
but why am I hanging myself 🙁
You always die. I thought this was an accepted convention.
Technically, it could be some other activity that involves a noose.
I like to think he's trying to recreate the hanging from Sherlock Holmes.
Hey, I know the Jump Leads guy from the Penny Arcade forums. Small world.
He also played the Silver Surfer in the second Forgettable Four movie.
Really? A link to a picture on Facebook? Not everybody in the universe has an account you know.
It's a public album.
Public to Facebook members. You need to supply the sharing link from the bottom of the album page for anyone else to see it.
That's exactly what I did, although the link Joel has shared is a bit of a weird one.
Try this instead:http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=409415&…
I changed the link to the one you provided.
You're a good man, Nixon.
