…Of The Living Dead Before Christmas
(Alternate Title: “Zombiesplode!”)
Tindómiel Muinamir caps off the week of Fancy Bastard holiday guest comics with her zombie-fied Santa tale. I was super excited when Tindómiel (Christine) agreed to contribute a comic since I was already a fan of her artwork for Jonathan Coulton’s t-shirt design contest (hers is HERE), and her costume making/songwriting/singing/violin…ing ability.
My favorite part of this comic (besides all of it) is that Eli and I are asleep on the couch in our regular clothes, and Josh is in silken PJ’s. You might think they are just PJ’s, but I promise you they are delicate and silken.

Update:
It seems The FSM’s noodley appendage has other plans for me. Family obligations have made comicing impossible for the last several days. I have one that I want to get out before the end of the year, but right now I can say exactly when it will be.

If you want to focus on the geek angle, you could call it "Tron of the Dead." For the gay angle, I think "Daddy of the Dead" might work.

Joel, I know this is your baby and we all ROFL heartily at your work, but this week's guest comicry (ty Dram) has been very successful in terms of FB response and a good showcase of the talent amongst our lil group. May I suggest some semi-regular guest spots from now on? Something for the Vault perhaps?

This has to be my favorite of the guest comics, and that says alot because they are all excellent. I envision the next panel being Josh yanked out the window by Rudolph the red-tongued Smoker.

By the by, I did picture Josh's PJs as silky. Seeing I own a set just like them, but slightly less gay. Being a female and all.
I do love the childishly innocent scampering up the stairs, too. It's probably my favourite part.

i only ask for guest comics from people that i KNOW can draw. Contrary to popular belief, art is an important part of comics. Stick figures start to ware thin after a while.

when guest comics are needed I will dip back into this well for certain. Plus I dont know that many other well known cartoonists, so I cant imagine they would do a guest strip for me.
