My Windows Media Classic player says Episode 22 The Bat Cast is 4 hours long. Of course, it ends at 3 and a half. Maybe it uses the time of the whole thing, including the Post show? Just keep it like it is now decide the basic structure and just let it go where it goes. If it's a long podcast great if it's slightly shorter some weeks so be it.
