Gravy. Ugh. No thank you. But I hate turkey too. Unless it’s my father-in-law’s deep-fried turkey. That’s the greatest thing on heaven and earth.

You know, I’m reminded by the Mac Hall strips where Ian McConville’s ideal breakfast consisted entirely of a bucket of gravy. I do believe it’s an underrated condiment and at the Thanksgiving table should be given a boat on par to the size of the turkey… if not having the turkey itself floating in the stuff.

Yes, of course, Thanksgiving is all about the gravy. ^^ Since I’m a Canuck it was last month for me. Hope you guys had a good one!
