My wife considers "Skullcrusher Mountain" to be geekier than "Code Monkey". Apparently the line "Isn't it enough that I ruined a pony making a gift for you?" reminds her of me.

@Rosalie
Josh's various vices run pretty deep, but I dont think youre his type.

@Dean
Congrats on the baby! I've got a 6 month old daughter and I could really relate to that song. He told a little story about it at the show. Basically that you completely lose your previous identity, its all torn apart and you are left in shambles...but then you get to rebuild.

@AJ
Reminds me of Ray Liotta in Hannibal.

I saw Jonathan Coulton at PAX this year. He was one of the best performances out of both Friday's and Saturday's shows. I wanted to get his album Thing a Week 1 because it has "Baby Got Back" on it, but I ended up getting Thing a Week 4 because of "You Ruined Everything" which is the most hilarious, sad, bittersweetly uplifting song I've ever heard (and it was particularly relevant to me because we're having a baby in October).

In short, Jonathan Coulton = hawesome.
